We acknowledge the systemic barriers that prevent true equity and we continue to work to break those barriers down because we believe diversity makes our community stronger and healthier. We believe everyone deserves the freedom, joy, and opportunity to ride a bike. We’re committed to creating welcoming, accessible spaces and programs where people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and identities can participate and feel that they belong. We work to reduce barriers to bicycling and ensure our programs, events, and advocacy reflect the diverse communities we serve. We’re always learning, listening, and working toward a more inclusive bike community for everyone.
